Vatican News has reported that His Holiness, Pope Francis will grant a plenary indulgence for those who participate in the events of the ninth World Meeting of Families, which will take place in Dublin from August 21st to 26th, according to a decree published on Monday, May 21 by the Apostolic Penitentiary.
